Working with children & teens

With over twenty year’s experience working in education (including college tutor, primary school teacher, teacher mentor and coach, and assistant head) I love working with children and teenagers. 

Working in schools, I have seen first hand how children and young people can struggle with their mental fitness, and I am proud to offer a therapy that can support them as they navigate the modern world.  I work with children and teenagers who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in difficult emotions and unhelpful thought patterns.

I use gentle, practical hypnotherapy and psychotherapy techniques that are always age appropriate. My approach helps young people build confidence, develop emotional resilience, and feel more in control of their thoughts and reactions. Together, we focus on strengths, encourage healthy coping skills, and support lasting change so they can move forward feeling calmer, more capable, and empowered in everyday life. The sessions are engaging, child-centered and empowering.

I frequently support children and teens with anxiety (including school and social anxiety), low confidence, low self-esteem, grief, sleep problems, fears and phobias, bullying, obsessive thoughts and performance (exams and sports).

Corporate, workplace wellness and group sessions

Many of us spend around 35 to 40+ hours a week at work. That is nearly a third of our waking lives, supporting mental wellbeing in the workplace is not a luxury, it is essential.

I offer corporate, workplace wellness and group sessions to help teams feel mentally healthier and more resilient.  I also offer Menopause support packages for businesses.

I bring a clear understanding of how the brain responds to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, sessions give practical tools to improve focus, emotional balance, and mental fitness.

I support people to manage pressure more effectively and feel more in control at work, whilst supporting with life outside of work too.

The approach is grounded in psychology, hypnotherapy, and neuroscience, it helps create calmer minds, stronger confidence, and emotional regulation.

Sessions can be tailored for organisations, teams, or group settings.
